Overlooking : Jason Oliveria

Galerie Zimmermann-Kratochwill is pleased to present the second solo exhibition by Jayson Oliveria in Austria. On display are not only works, which were created during his residency in spring 2012 in Graz, but also paintings from his home in Manila.
The exhibition focuses on Oliverias oil paintings, which illustrate the mental effort behind the existence of this artist. Oliverias expression is as varied as the thoughts of humans: at first glance, overlaid and blurred and only upon closer inspection decipherable. The references to his works can be found not only in spirit. Also the modern media world and fellow artists Oliveria open new ways to lend itself to using painting expression.
